Following the submission of the Annual Report 2023 to Parliament, featured comments from the Ombudsman about his role and the results obtained during 2023.

The Ombudsman stated that the 22% increase in complaints over the past year was due to initiatives taken to make the Office of the Ombudsman closer to the people. He continued that during his first year in office, he wanted to focus on raising public awareness of the institution and improving the working relationship with the public administration.
